"I've contacted them for an Italian studio of architects that wanted to collaborate with them. The first 3 days of phone calls they had problems with the phone lines due to a storm and the person that answered the call said to send them an e-mail. This had been done, but no one within the whole week answered on our e-mail. At the end of the week I tried to call again, and the mailbox answered the whole day. The day after finally someone answered the phone, and I was put on hold 7 or 8 times until the line has run out (they wanted to pass me someone who speaks English). After other 2 or 3 attempts I got really furious, so the secretary passed me a person who spoke English that started to tell me that she couldn't hear me well (when the secretary before did not have this problem). This person said that she did not receive my e-mails (during the week I've sent another follow up, as the question was urgent). So I've sent her the request once again and she confirmed the receival. AT THE END, NO KIND OF ANSWER REACHED US - SO I SUGGEST NOT TO CONSIDER THIS COMPANY FOR ANY KIND OF INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION."
